Things keep getting worse

Things have gotten worse for Franklin today. I took Franklin to the vets today to have his bandages changed. When I dropped him off I noticed a small lump on his head and the vet said it looks like an allergic reaction. I in the end had to leave him with the vets as they needed to stitch up his pad again and now stitch up his dew paw too as that had gotten infected.
When I came back to pick him up the vets just gave me him said he should be ok and went to send me home with him. I said what happened to him as his face was very swollen and his lips were twice the size as normal. The vets assistant said she hadn’t noticed and I said its really really bad he doesn’t look like the same dog. She went to get the vet and te vet said he will be fine its what ever he eat coming out his system and gave him some piritin.
I took him home and he slept off the anaesthetic. I went to pick up clair from work and wen I returned he was covered in massive lumps all over his body and severely swollen. I called the vet and he suggested more piritin and to call in a hour if he isnt any better.
He has slept since then but looks worse if anything. Going to call the vet shortly to see what they can do for him.
